7.1 Right to Use docuSign Services. Subject to these Terms, DocuSign makes the DocuSign Services available to Customers, in accordance with each Customer`s subscription plan, and DocuSign grants Each Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license for the lifetime, exclusively for internal business purposes and in accordance with the documentation, to: (a) use the DocuSign Services; (b) implement, configure and, through its account administrator(s), allow its authorized users to access and use the DocuSign Services up to any applicable limits or limitations; and (c) access and use the Documentation. 6. Reservation of Rights: All rights of the Developer Bundle that are not expressly granted herein are deemed to be retained. Copyright 2015 DocuSign, Inc., 221 Main Street, Suite 1000, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. 10.3 Feedback. Any feedback provided by the DocuSign Subscriber regarding the functionality or performance of the Software (including the identification of errors and potential improvements) (“Feedback”) is thus assigned by the Subscriber to DocuSign, which includes all right, title and interest in the Feedback, and DocuSign is free to take full advantage of the Feedback without any payment being required to Subscribers. The Subscriber represents and warrants that at the time of disclosure to the Subscriber, I am the sole owner of the Feedback or that I have the right or license to make the above assignment. 12.10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be construed, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the local laws of the State of California, USA, without reference to any rules of choice to the contrary.

In determining the applicable law, you and DocuSign agree that DocuSign is a supporter of these Terms.
