I also understand that student Travel Services is a tour operator and that its employees and agents act exclusively as agents in the organization of the transport and accommodation offered as part of this travel package. In consideration for the commitments made in the Travel Participants Agreement, I agree that STS, its successors and recipients of all claims, claims, means, damages, costs, debts, costs, costs, costs, penalties and expenses, including attorneys` fees and expenses arising out of my acts or their acts, including all faults, without damages and charges. Fault, negligence or intentional act or omission on my part with respect to the trip described in this Agreement. STS, its successors, assignees, senior officers, directors and representatives are not responsible for acts, omissions, violations of persons or property, losses, inconveniences, accidents, delays, irregularities, negligence or omissions with companies, hotels, carriers and/or their employees, agents or subcontractors providing services, shelters or facilities in connection with this Agreement, except as regards: gross negligence, wilful misconduct or bad faith. STS is not responsible for any acts, including, but not limited to, (1) overbooking by hotels, (2) missed connections to or from charter flights, (3) failure to comply with instructions, including, but not limited to, check-in/check-out times, baggage check-in and re-checking of bus and flight schedules. All communications, offers, assumptions, requests and other communications below are subject to written form and are deemed to have been duly sent by registered or registered letter with Franko to STS and the tour participants at the addresses indicated in this agreement. Such notification shall be deemed to have been sent when sent or within three (3) business days of shipment. The validity and construction of this Agreement or any of its provisions shall be determined in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. The invalidity or applicability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect or limit the validity and enforceance of the other provisions of this Agreement.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all other oral and written agreements or understandings between them. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, no modification, modification, waiver or repeal of any provision is valid unless signed by the parties. This Agreement shall be binding and shall apply in favour of the Parties and their respective assigns and beneficiaries or their personal representatives. STS may withdraw this agreement without the consent of the Tour participant. The Participant shall not assign any part of the benefits of the Agreement to another party without the express written permission of STS. Student Travel Services, Inc.
